As we were visited by summer temps this week, sales of cold brew coffee soared. We've increased our capacity for making cold-brewed coffee so we hope to never run out again. And don't forget, we always have a nice selection of iced teas.
Additionally, we have the Toddy Cold Brew systems in-stock for retail purchase, as well as extra filters and other accessories.
Ethiopian coffees have long been one of my favorites. It is some of the most diverse coffee I've ever tasted, offering no chance of complacency. At one point, we had five Ethiopian coffees on our offerings list! 
A friend just sent me a link to an article in The Guardian, discussing a new tracking system for Ethiopian coffees. It wasn't long ago that the Ethiopian government made it very hard to precisely determine a coffee's origin. Through the implementation of a barcode system, methods are now in place to help resolve that issue.
