El Salvador Nombre de Dios - This amazing Cup of Excellence coffee is a direct trade with
the wonderful 4th generation Botto family farm located in the highlands of the Altopec-
Metapan Mountain range in the NW corner of El Salvador. This delicious coffee has complex
fruit flavors, a buttery lingering aftertaste and semi-sweet chocolate notes. Shade grown
using natural methods. Transitional organic, direct trade.
Ethiopian Sidamo DP - Breathe in the fabulous spicy aroma, there’s nothing shy about this
rich, full bodied coffee! Undertones of orange, chocolate & berries. Co-op.
Mexican Oaxaca Pluma - Heavy in body, mild in acidity with a deep caramel flavor
this traditional arabica is so easy to enjoy again and again.
Sumatra IKA Mandheling - A rich, earthy flavor with a slight hint of bittersweet chocolate for the discriminating palate. A Pacific NW favorite! Co-op, shade grown.
Sulawesi Toraja "Celebes" - grown on the rugged and beautiful Sulawesi Island in Indonesia.
